With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Hassle free returns

Profeet Online Shop and Mail Order Purchases

Profeet offer a hassle free 30 days return policy. Please return your purchase either in-store or via post. Items must be returned in an unused, re-sellable condition and in the original packaging. We are unable to accept any returns that have been worn outdoors. For online/postal returns please download the above returns, place it with your return for and send it to:

We recommend that you return all goods to us via a recorded and insured service. Profeet will not be liable for non-receipt or damage in transit of returned goods.The original packaging must not be used as the postage packaging e.g. have any packaging tape, or postage labels attached to it. If this occurs Profeet reserves the right to reject your return.

All goods must be in a re-saleable condition, in the original and unbroken packaging and with your original Profeet receipt. We will notify you within 2 working days of receipt of your returned goods and will process your refund within 3 working days of acknowledgement of receipt of your goods.

The customer is responsible for the postage costs of any returned item – unless the goods are faulty in which case Profeet will also refund this cost.

If items returned to Profeet are not eligible for a refund for example, signs of use, damaged etc. In these instances Profeet will notify you and make the goods available for your collection and or return the goods at your cost.

Exchanges
The easiest way to exchange a product is to create a new order and to post us the product that you wish to return. We will then process the return in accordance with our returns policy.

Profeet In-Store Purchases – Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Goods purchased in-store at Profeet may be returned for exchange or a credit note within 30 days of purchase. The goods will need to be in unused, as new condition with all packaging and tags and you will need to provide a receipt as proof of purchase. Any Analysis/Assessments, Custom Insoles and Custom Fitted Boots/Shoes are not included, but are covered under our Fit Guarantee.

These boots feature an Assisted Performance System that amplifies your input through the mechanical advantage of Dual Pivot and Suspension Blade technology. This design boosts input by up to 26%, providing more power and control with less energy. The boot's clean, consistent flex is combined with increased shock absorption through the shell for enhanced snow feel and contact. Like a full suspension bike, this combination allows you to ski longer and more efficiently. Together with a 130-rated flex, this boot gives expert skiers every advantage for skiing any terrain on the mountain. At 100mm wide, the medium-volume last complements the thermoformable liner to offer all-day comfort.

The Dual Pivot design creates a mechanical advantage for full boot engagement with less skier input, resulting in more power and control with less effort. The Suspension Blade design connects the upper boot with the lower boot for smooth power absorption and transfer, putting more energy into your skiing. Auxetic Technology allows the boot liner to form to the shape of the foot in all three dimensions for uniform comfort that lets you ski all day. A one-piece liner with an asymmetrical toe box creates a uniform, pressure-free fit from the toe box to the cuff for the most comfortable fit possible.
