Pre-Order

With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Profeet Online Shop and Mail Order Purchases

In accordance with the distance selling regulations you have 14 days to cancel your purchase from the date the goods were delivered. However for peace of mind Profeet are happy to receive returned goods within 30 days either in store or by post. If you plan to post returned goods, please notify us by emailinginfo@profeet.co.ukand send all goods along with a copy of your receipt to:

For your peace of mind, we recommend that you return all goods to us with a recorded and insured service to ensure that we receive them. Profeet will not be liable for non-receipt or damage in transit of returned goods.

All goods must be in a re-saleable condition, in the original and unbroken packaging and with your original Profeet receipt. We will notify you within 2 working days of receipt of your returned goods and will process your refund within 3 working days of acknowledgement of receipt of your goods.

The customer is responsible for the postage costs of any returned item – unless the goods are faulty in which case Profeet will also refund this cost.

If items returned to Profeet are not eligible for a refund for example broken seals, signs of use, etc then Profeet will notify you and make the goods available for your collection and or return the goods at your cost.

Exchanges
The easiest way to exchange a product is to create a new order and to post us the product that you wish to return. We will then process the return in accordance with our returns policy.

Profeet In-Store Purchases – Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Goods purchased in-store at Profeet may be returned for exchange or a credit note within30 days of purchase. The goods will need to be in unused, as new condition with all packaging and tags and you will need to provide a receipt as proof of purchase. Any Analysis/Assessments, Custom Insoles and Custom Fitted Boots/Shoes are not included but are covered under ourFit Guarantee.

Gift Vouchers are available in denomination of £10, £20 and £50 and, in multiples of £10, £20 or £50.

You will recieve the gift voucher digitally via email. We do not send out physical gift vouchers.

The total cost of the gift vouchers in your basket will be sent as a single voucher. If you require multiple vouchers (i.e. for two different people) you will need to place a seperate order.

  • The code generated can be redeemed either online or instore.
  • For instore purchases a printed copy of the voucher is required.
  • Gift vouchers can be redeemed against a single purchase in full or part payment or multiple purchases of lower value until the balance is used or the voucher expires.
  • Gift vouchers cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Profeet Limited cannot accept responsibility if your gift voucher is lost, stolen or damaged. It will not be replaced or refunded in any of these circumstances.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any voucher which we deem to have been altered or copied.
  • Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and after expiry are void.
