Profeet Online Shop and Mail Order Purchases
Profeet offer a hassle free 30 days return policy. Please return your purchase either in-store or via post. Items must be returned in an unused, re-sellable condition and in the original packaging. We are unable to accept any returns that have been worn outdoors. For online/postal returns please download the above returns, place it with your return for and send it to:

We recommend that you return all goods to us via a recorded and insured service. Profeet will not be liable for non-receipt or damage in transit of returned goods.The original packaging must not be used as the postage packaging e.g. have any packaging tape, or postage labels attached to it. If this occurs Profeet reserves the right to reject your return.
All goods must be in a re-saleable condition, in the original and unbroken packaging and with your original Profeet receipt. We will notify you within 2 working days of receipt of your returned goods and will process your refund within 3 working days of acknowledgement of receipt of your goods.
The customer is responsible for the postage costs of any returned item – unless the goods are faulty in which case Profeet will also refund this cost.
If items returned to Profeet are not eligible for a refund for example, signs of use, damaged etc. In these instances Profeet will notify you and make the goods available for your collection and or return the goods at your cost.
Exchanges
The easiest way to exchange a product is to create a new order and to post us the product that you wish to return. We will then process the return in accordance with our returns policy.
Profeet In-Store Purchases – Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Goods purchased in-store at Profeet may be returned for exchange or a credit note within 30 days of purchase. The goods will need to be in unused, as new condition with all packaging and tags and you will need to provide a receipt as proof of purchase. Any Analysis/Assessments, Custom Insoles and Custom Fitted Boots/Shoes are not included, but are covered under our Fit Guarantee.
