Online returns
If you purchased a product from our website, by mail order or over the phone and you no longer want it, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving it under our voluntary returns policy, provided the item is:
- Unused
- In a resalable condition
- Complete with accessories
- Returned in its original packaging

For footwear, please try items indoors only. We will refuse a change-of-mind return if footwear has been worn outdoors or shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it. This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty.
Unless we agree otherwise, the cost of returning an unwanted online item is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service and packaging the return securely, including protecting any manufacturer’s box in outer packaging.
We will refuse returns where the manufacturer packaging has been taped or postage labels stuck to it.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds will be made within 5 working days of receipt of the returned item. Please be aware that bank processing times for refunds can be between 3 and 5 working days with some PayPal transactions taking up to 10 working days.
If you would like a different size, colour or alternative product, the quickest option is usually to place a new order and return the original item in line with this policy. Please contact us with any questions.
In-store returns.
If you purchased a product outside of an appointment in-store and changed your mind, we offer a voluntary 30-day return period for refund or exchange from the date of purchase for eligible items provided the item is:
- Unused
- In a resalable condition
- Complete with accessories
- Returned in its original packaging
- With proof of purchase

Any Analysis/Assessments, Custom Insoles and Custom Fitted Footwear/Shoes are not included but are covered under our Fit Guarantee.
Exclusions
The following may be excluded from our voluntary change-of-mind returns policy where lawful:
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Products made to your specification
- Sealed items that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once opened
- Items damaged after delivery through misuse, accidental damage or normal wear and tear.
